Teknopanel Products were Used at "Star Innovation Center", the Winner of Merit Award.

World’s second Passive House Project Star Innovation Center, which was built using Teknopanel products, was granted with AIA New York Sustainability Merit Award.

Star Innovation Center, South Asia's first and the world's second Passive House Project, was granted with Sustainability Merit Award by American Institute of Architects (AIA) New York. FM certificated and PIR insulated Teknopanel Sandwich Panels and Teknosistem wall thermal insulation products were preferred for the passive house project, having the importance of cases such as energy efficiency, air leakage, thermal and moisture insulation.

Star Innovation Center is a ready wear innovation facility located in Sri Lanka. The foundation purpose of the facility is to become a global model for all ready wear industry and to create a new structure for sustainability, energy efficiency and employee comfort.

The preparation process began in April and concluded on May 24, with the largest 500 companies identified that keep the domestic market vibrant and represent Türkiye in global markets with their national and international achievements.
